Feel the Connection Through Taiko

Exadon is an innovative fitness program that explores effective ways
to cultivate positivity through taiko (traditional Japanese drumming).
As a wellness and preventive care initiative, it promotes overall physical and mental well-being
by creating uplifting experiences and fostering a sense of connection and mutual respect amongst participants.
The name Exadon combines three words: “exercise,” “Sado,” an island in the Sea of Japan, and the sound of beating a taiko drum, “don.” Exadon is a registered trademark jointly owned by Kodo Cultural Foundation & Dr. Yoshinori Morimoto.
